1. Introduction

Welcome to SPAICE AB. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile games, this website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or playing our games, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children, and they are not listed in any children's or family category on Google Play or the Apple App Store.

3. License to Play

SPAICE AB grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or distribute our games or any part of them without our explicit permission.

4. User Conduct

By using our Services, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or modified clients.
• Tamper with the game's files or attempt to circumvent its advertising or progression systems.
• Use the Services for any illegal activity or in violation of the laws of your jurisdiction.

5. Advertising

Our games are free and funded by advertising. By using the Services you accept that ads will be displayed, including optional rewarded ads that you may choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards. Watching a rewarded ad is always voluntary.

How advertising data is handled, and how you control ad personalization, is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Virtual Items

Our games include virtual currency and items ("Virtual Goods"), such as coins and power-ups, which are earned through gameplay. Our games currently contain no in-app purchases, and we do not sell Virtual Goods.

• Virtual Goods have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred outside the game.
• Virtual Goods exist only on your device. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data will permanently erase them.
• SPAICE AB may manage, regulate, modify, or discontinue Virtual Goods at any time as part of game balancing.

If we introduce paid purchases in future, we will update these Terms and the applicable consumer information before doing so.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including graphics, designs, code, audio, and text, is owned by SPAICE AB or its licensors. You acquire no ownership rights by using our Services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SPAICE AB does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPAICE AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right you have as a consumer under mandatory law, nor our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the game. We may suspend or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, particularly where required to protect the Services or to comply with law. As our games require no account, ending use has no effect beyond the loss of locally stored progress.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be brought before the courts of [MUNICIPALITY], Sweden.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live. You may also contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN).

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last Updated" date above, and where changes are material we will give notice in the game. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
